Founder Chad Webster started his entrepreneurial journey with a startup trucking company in 2009, inspired by his two grandfathers who were also business owners in the gas and oil industry. Eventually, this fledgling company was consumed in 2013 and by 2017 evolved into Bold Logistics – the frac sand hauling powerhouse you see today.
Since the beginning, the Bold Logistics team has been committed to the core values of taking ownership, being transparent, and staying resilient in the face of industry shifts. The result has been a company culture that celebrates success and overcomes challenges - together.
LIVE SAFE
Safety is a core value. It requires a personal commitment at all levels in the organization. There’s a big difference in how a company thinks and behaves when safety is a value, rather than a program or a priority. For a company with safety as a core value, safety has to become a way of life.
BE TRANSPARENT
We pride ourselves on providing complete visibility into the successes, and sometimes failures, of our business as we grow and scale. It is an integral part of our culture as we collaborate and work towards a common goal across all functions.
TAKE OWNERSHIP
We individually hold ourselves accountable for outcomes, good and bad. We don’t pass the buck.
BE BOLD
Take action - just go. A champion of being bold doesn’t shy away from competition that seems insurmountable or opportunities that feel impossible. They think outside the box and they write new stories. They feel empowered to make decisions and take action. Stop wondering “wouldn’t it be cool if...” and start living it. When this person is unsure about the next step to take, he or she starts with what they know and creates the path one step at a time, building confidence and momentum. Inaction is the enemy of innovation.
REMAIN HUMBLE
While there’s always a time and place to celebrate individual accomplishments, no single person is bigger than the team.
At Bold Logistics, we continuously hire CDL drivers, dispatchers, and other team members as our company grows. We offer consistent hours, employment benefits, and perks to assure our team is taken care of and earn a competitive wage.
